Fatima Mubarak

Practice Lawyer, holds a Bachelor degree in Law (2012) from University of Bahrain, and a Master degree in Private Law (2020) from University of Bahrain in Conflict of jurisdiction and cross-border insolvency. 

Fatima joined the Law Firm in 2015, and she is a bilingual (English and Arabic) well experience in drafting the memorandum of associations of the commercial companies, and taking the procedures of establishing the commercial companies before the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. She also has well experience in legal practice such as civil, commercial, labour, business law and criminal matters. Fatima has also participated in many legal workshops.
